To access Reconepal, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately at support@reconepal.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Users may add parties within the platform to initiate or participate in reconciliation workflows. By adding a party, you confirm that you have a legitimate business or financial relationship with them. Reconepal is not responsible for disputes arising from inaccurate data entered by users or unresolved reconciliation differences between parties.
Reconepal processes financial records and invoice data provided by users solely for the purpose of reconciliation. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload or submit. Reconepal does not verify the authenticity of invoices or financial records and shall not be held liable for errors resulting from inaccurate or fraudulent data.
We take the security of your financial and accounting data seriously. Reconepal employs industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely immune to breaches. By using Reconepal, you acknowledge this risk and agree that we are not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You agree to use Reconepal only for lawful reconciliation and financial management purposes. You must not use the platform to submit fraudulent invoices, manipulate financial records, or engage in any activity that violates applicable financial regulations or laws in Nepal or any other jurisdiction where the platform is used.
All content, design, and technology within Reconepal — including the reconciliation engine, UI, and workflows — are the intellectual property of Reconepal and are protected under applicable laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform without written consent.
Reconepal is a tool to assist with financial reconciliation and does not provide accounting, legal, or financial advisory services. We are not liable for any financial loss, accounting errors, or business decisions made based on data processed through our platform. Always verify reconciled records with your accountant or financial advisor.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform in any way. Upon termination, your access to reconciliation data may be restricted in accordance with our data retention policy.
Reconepal may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed.
